Course Overview
This HSR Refresher course is for Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) who have completed the initial 5-day training. Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) are eligible to participate in an annual one-day refresher course, as stipulated by SafeWork NSW.
The HSR's role involves consulting with workers to identify health and safety issues and reporting hazards to management. The refresher course builds on the skills from the initial training and requires participants to bring their original NSW 5-day HSR training certificate.
This course adheres to NSW legislative requirements and is delivered in-person over a single day.
The PCBU is responsible for paying course fees and reasonable attendance costs
